TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Q: My issue is stuck at the “Processing” stage — what do I do?
A: This happens occasionally when the device interrupts the processing of the issue, or you have a slow connection. Typically restarting the app will resolve the issue. If not, you can always delete and reinstall the app. You will never have to pay again for something you’ve already purchased, as long as you’re on the same account. Upon reinstall, you’ll see a box asking if you wish to restore all purchases — press “Yes." If you purchased through our online order page, re-enter your email and password.
Q: I don’t see all the issues I’ve purchased.
A: First, make sure you’re signed in to the same account you used to purchase the issues. If so, hit the “Restore All Purchases” button on the upper right-hand corner of the Library tab. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us at (800) 937-9393.
Q: My app keeps crashing.
A: Try closing all running apps, including the magazine app. If that doesn’t work, you may need to reinstall the app or check for updates. Restarting your device may also be necessary.
Q: How can I share feedback with you about the app?
A: Please e-mail us at magazine@tpwd.texas.gov with your comments, insights and suggested improvements. While we can’t respond to every e-mail, we will be reading every comment and doing our best to address any concerns and ideas you have about our app. You may also rate the app from inside the App Stores.
